For tear-resistance, customer used to over-laminate paper with a plastic film, our CSP eliminated this operation & saved the cost of adhesive which was used to laminate paper with the film. Thereby, production cost reduced by 8%.
Due to the low GSM of ink, ink consumption reduced by 5-6%.
Earlier customer was using 100 GSM normal paper which was replaced by 69 GSM Cosmo Synthetic Paper resulting in yield advantage by 44%.
