• Customer was facing Slanting issue in the Biscuit. Which further causes Biscuits breakage, resulting in poor shelf-appeal. 
• Runnability issue with existing laminate structure at a high speed (required structure which can withstand speed of 190 Packets/minute)

Our Solution

• Cosmo worked out a structure with Brand. Offered CPP Metallized & High Heat Resistance Converting Film.
• Print & Sealant layer modified as per Brand’s requirements. Slanting issue got resolved.
• Print layer can withstand high temperature (180 degree C) resolving shelf-appeal issue.
• Suitable offering for high Speed packaging.
